Lunch management is a tool for organizing employee lunches, ordering food, and so on. Most businesses struggle to keep track of lunchtime and employee orders. Managing an organization’s food delivery system might be difficult at times. However, an effective ERP program for controlling food supply might be beneficial. An ERP system aids in the management of a company’s food supply. The ability to regulate the lunch criteria for each individual is beneficial to both small and large businesses. You can check prices, place advance orders, and track payments with the Lunch module.

Opening the Lunch module the dashboard page displays information about the employee’s orders. On the left side, food items can be categorized and vendors can be selected from a list.

My Lunch 

Select the new order option to place an order for lunch. You can find your balance money and the categories indicated for your lunch when you select a new order option. Select one of the filtering categories and order your lunch using the company’s provided account balance.

Select a food item from the menu and place an order. The activity can be managed directly from the dashboard. To begin, choose an item for your lunch, then add that item to your cart.

When you click Add to Card, you will be asked to Order Now, and when you click the Order Now Button, your order will be placed.

Now your order’s status has been updated to Ordered.

My Lunch => My Order History

Opening My order history you can see all of the details about your orders in this list.

My Lunch => My Account History

You can view your account history by selecting the My Account History tab.

The Manager tab contains various options such as Today’s orders, control vendors, control accounts, and cash moves.

Manager => Today’s Orders

You can see the list of today’s orders.

Manager => Control Vendors

You can also have control over your vendors. You can see the orders that have been placed from various sellers.

The three-dot button at the right end of the window is used for adding Custom Field of Vendors and replaces the existing one. You can either confirm or cancel the order and the Reset option allows you to reset the order data.

Kanban View

Each Vendor’s detailed view is represented in the Kanban view, you can see the Price, Date, Product Name, and Order received/canceled/to order. The call button can be used to book your order, while the red icon has a cross mark that may be used to cancel an order. The Plus icon is used to add a new column.

Pivot View

You may make the count, quantity, and total price in the count table when you enable the measure icon. The Insert In Spreadsheet option makes it easier to select a spreadsheet for your Pivot.

Manager => Control Accounts

Here you can see the Date, User Name, Order Description, and Amount.

In the control accounts kanban view, the +icon is used to add new columns to a user or order.

Enter the title and click the Add button, then you’ll be taken to the configuration panel to create a new user.

For creating a new user click on the create button.

After completing all of the fields, click the Save Button and the new user will be created.

Manager => Cash Moves

The Cash Moves displays information such as the date, user’s name, description, and the amount, of the cash move.

For creating new Cash Moves click on the create button.
